How it works
Step 1: Schedule an appointment:
First of all, pick a day and time that suits you most. It'll ask you for some info like your name and to verify your email and you'll get a few emails with details to login in to your account and get sms text reminders. You will get your own unique client account where you can see upcoming appointments and fill out a short pre-call questionnaire before our first session so I can be the most useful to you. On the day, you can join the video call by clicking on the meeting link in your emails or on the appointment in your portal and you can have 60 minutes free time, where we will get to know each other and put steps in place to allow me to help you in the ways you most need.

Step 2: Let's find the best solution for you
If you want to proceed, you can choose either one to one time with me 1 session at a time as a pay as you go session, or you can get discounted one to one time with me by booking a 3 week package. After 3 weeks if you want more you can just buy another package. I also offer group sessions at certain dates throughout the year which you can book in to for a further discount.
In between our one to one or group sessions, you can message me if you need a boost or have a question & I will get back to you. I will be there for you and championing you along.

It can be easier to achieve your goals with 3 elements: a reliable system, support and accountability. As a professional coach, I provide these foundations. Together, we can leverage a range of information and methodologies to tailor a package that works specifically for you. This can save you a lot of time, research and frustration experimenting. Everyone can benefit from having a life coach, including me. It is not shameful or anything to be embarrassed about, in fact it’s the opposite. Attempting to achieve your goals without a solid foundation can increase the difficulty of attaining desired results. Rather than feeling overwhelmed, the guidance and support of a professional can help steer you in the right direction.
The consultation is free, so you we can get to know each other and we can see if we are a good fit to guide you in what you are wanting to work on. After that to book in further session you can choose from 3 payment plans. You can book one to one time with me 1 session at a time on a pay as you go basis, or you can book a discounted 3 week (3 session package) with me at a discounted price on dates to suit you. Or alternatively, I run group sessions you can book for a further discount.
At the moment, I am offering significant discounts but prices will be rising shortly, so if you want the best deal grab them while you can.
So that I can assist you anywhere in the world, we do the sessions online via video call. This means you don’t have to travel or have to go anywhere. You can do the calls from any room you want to! You can wear whatever you like and look however you like, you do not need to be smart. The only thing I ask is that when we start a session, you are somewhere without distractions where you can fully concentrate, somewhere without lots of noise in the background and a good internet connection. Any problems or questions setting up I can assist.
Each session incorporates a structured plan I have in place in order to create good results, as well as discussing issues that are prominent for you. In between each session you have action steps to do, to keep you progressing forward. The day and time of the session is generally the same each week and we can work together to find the best slot for you that suits your calendar. In the group sessions, the days and times are already set.
Your commitment to engaging with the tasks is crucial, as you are the primary agent driving the results and transformations.
The way we get the best results is via video call. All you will need is a smart phone or laptop where you can download Google Meet for free. We generally use Google Meet as it is one of the easiest and fastest to set up but if you prefer a different video software like Zoom or Microsoft Teams let me know. I will send you what you need to join me and if you struggle with technology I can happily assist.
Each session lasts 60 minutes.
We do an initial consultation first, so you can see if I am the best person for you. If you choose not to proceed or I feel that you would be better with someone else that is absolutely fine.
You can only achieve as much as you put in and you have to be willing to change. Once we have started paid sessions however I do ask that you remain committed throughout.
If you feel that there are particular areas you want to focus on more than others or you are having difficulties let me know and I will adapt my coaching to your needs. I’m here to provide you with the best experience I can.
I generally find that if it is just you, we can spend more time together progressing through issues. However, if the issue involves another person and you want them to join in on a session do let me know as this might well be fine.
One thing you can relax about is that I am here to help you not judge you. There are no right or wrong answers, so you cannot mess it up. I will be championing you even when you feel like your worst self, so the last thing you need to worry about from me is any judgement. You do not need to feel embarrassed in any way. I believe everyone can benefit from having a coach (me included). We will work on issues you have together. I will help you progress and be your biggest supporter along the way.
It is easier if sessions are the same time and day each week, but I can be flexible to an extent if you need to alternate week days etc for example. You can easily book the sessions with the days and times you need on your client portal at: https://app.paperbell.com/client
Yes, it is set up to be as easy and efficient as possible. It’s simply a form to fill out and a link to meet. All you need is your lovely self and preferably a laptop (or if not, a phone) that can connect to the internet. I will send you whatever you need and I am happy to guide you in using the technology if you are unfamiliar with it.
Coaching differs from counselling in that, in addition to listening, I aim to provide solutions whenever possible for clients. If you would prefer just to be listened to I can do that but usually to get the best results I provide a mixture of listening support, along with action steps to truly tackle issues and get the results you set from your goals.
We can discuss pretty much everything. If something comes up where I feel you may be best speaking to an expert in that field about, I will let you know. For example, I cannot diagnose or treat medical conditions so you would be best speaking to your doctor about this. But equally, we can still talk about health issues in terms of ways that you can feel better. Sometimes people have a doctor or particular specialist and also work with a life coach on mental and physical improvements. This tends to work really well. If I feel you need to talk to someone else I will absolutely tell you.
Anything a client says is treated with complete confidentiality, so you can rest assured what you say will not leave our sessions. As a professional, there are exceptional circumstances where I am required by law to disclose information where there is risk of imminent harm to oneself or others and someone is in danger. This is very rare though and I take confidentiality very seriously.
If you need to reschedule or cancel a session please let me know with as much notice as possible as this frees up sessions for other clients and prevents wasted time. The sessions are payable in advance and cancellations are non refundable, apart from exceptional circumstances at my discretion.
It is possible however for you to reschedule an upcoming session up to 48 hours (2 days before) for free, but more notice is preferable. If it is less than 48 hours then the session is fully chargeable.
No one is the same. It depends on your drive and commitment. If you truly want to grow and improve then I can help you achieve valuable results. I have had people who have completely changed their life around and say working together has enabled them to create permanent improvements in areas where they had previously been struggling. Even in a fairly short time it is possible to develop lasting habits you can build on for life.
